MSPE 2012 Gala Holiday Celebration a Success

On December 7, 2012, MSPE treated guests to A Dickens Christmas Feast, an interactive, unique re-telling of Charles Dickens’ classic tale “A Christmas Carol” by the Marley Bridges Theatre Company. The annual event, held at the Newport Art Museum, was an excellent opportunity for MSPE members to gather and enjoy the season.

Four outstanding Massachusetts middle and junior high school students who represented Team Massachusetts won first place in the 2012 National MATHCOUNTS Competition. MATHCOUNTS is a national competition in math enrichment sponsored by Raytheon, NSPE, MSPE and other professional engineering societies.
