Northeast Region NSPE Members Invited to Participate in ‘What NSPE Means to ME’ Contest
Kenneth R. Skinger, PE, Esq., Northeast Regional Delegate for NSPE and Past President of MSPE, invites ALL members of Northeast Societies of NSPE to participate in a contest, “What NSPE Means to Me”. He will personally award a gift of two tickets to the 2016 MSPE Holiday Feast ($250 value) to the member who submits the entry deemed most compelling by a Contest Review Committee.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
Simply write a compelling paragraph that shares your personal experience with the Society of Professional Engineers (our National Society, NSPE, and/or your local State Chapter). Include what you believe are the tangible and intangible benefits that you receive from your membership and/or participation. (Think: How would you describe your experience, to compel others to join NSPE and experience the advantages and benefits for themselves?)
Submit your paragraph via email to MSPE Secretary Anthony Cipolla with the Subject Line: “Contest Entry: What NSPE Means To Me” by the contest entry deadline of Tuesday, September 20, 2016. Entries will be reviewed by a Committee, and Ken Skinger will announce and reward the winner at the 2016 NSPE Annual Northeast Region Meeting in November. The most compelling entries will also be published in MSPE Briefings, with the authors’ permission. Good luck – and thank you to all Northeast Region members, for your support of NSPE and your State Society of Professional Engineers.
