MSPE invites all members and their guests to our annual Holiday celebration on Friday, December 16, 2015 from 6-9 p.m. at the Dicken’s Christmas Train in Newport, RI. A Newport tradition, the Victorian Christmas Feast is an interactive evening of fine food,  entertainment and Christmas cheer.

Performance, train ride, meal, tax, and gratuity. Entrees include sliced beef tenderloin, holiday ham dinner, and turkey dinner. The train features a full bar with mixed drinks, wine, spirits, and beers. Reservations are required. Private tables for two are available for $50 additional. Each train is limited to under 50 passengers. The theatrical train experience is approximately two hours and 30 minutes long. Please no children under 12

Hotel:

The Massachusetts Society of Professional Engineers has set up a block of rooms at the Newport, RI Marriott located at 25 America’s Cup Avenue, about 0.07 mile from the train station.   The room rate is $119.00 plus tax and there is car self-parking fee of $28.00.   Rooms must be booked not later than December 5, 2016.
